New to me Leggy (Now with more Ti)

Ill have to keep my eyes peeled for the "rocky mountain" packed outbacks then!
Good luck finding one in Maine... I think it is a CO thing, like the LL.bean ones are a Maine thing. Furthermore, it doesn't have any markings on it that designate it as a rocky mountain package vehicle. But if you do manage in finding one, they also have a rear diff protector, and one over the front cat I think.

As bratman said, the alpine also has one, and maybe that's the same car. I have no idea...

When I'm in PA in the next few weeks I'm going to be whoring the u-pull yards for cheap parts for my car, I'll keep an eye out for you.

the alpine was a first gen legacy, and your correct. I kept reading at cars101 all I found for outbacks that had skidplates were the outback SSV (Special Service Vehicle) only available to fire/police...etc. and only in 99

Yeah the ones they come with are metal. I wouldn't have called it a skid plate if it wasn't, the plastic ones are called splash guards!! And Yeah, there is a good chance that Alpines are the only ones we will find. But yeah, Chris, take a look at the yard down there, and grab any that you see!!!

Yea, I'll definitely take a look! Even if I just find one it probably wouldn't be to hard to measure it and make more.

bought a new legacy this weekend!!! has 170,000, 5-speed, and 4WD!!!

the adjustable height suspension in the front is JUNK!!

The air suspension is pretty sweet when it works, but as they get older, they fail. But luckily, it's a direct swap out for regular strut assemblies!!

I'm going to use the other legacy as a parts car now....so all the new parts that I've put into that are going into the new one!

I've been doing some research to try and figure out what model legacy (L, LS, LSi...etc.) the new one is...

from the options that my wagon has and the reading I've done...I've come to this conclusion.

I have just bought a 1994 Legacy Ti outdoor wagon.

1994 Legacy Ti Outdoor wagon came with.....

Legacy L All-Wheel-Drive with

value Option Group #2

a/c,(have)

power windows and door locks,(have)

cruise control(have)

and 80 watt AM/FM/Cassette with equalizer, clock 4 speakers(have)

plus:

wheel covers (gone)

adjustable air suspension, (have)

body color front grill, (gone)

mud flaps, (have)

woven cloth interior (instead of plush), (have)

under passenger seat storage tray, (have)

rubber cargo mat, (gone)

rear cargo net (gone)

luggage rack with Bike attachment, (luggage rack there, Bike attachment not)

rear stabilizer bar, (have)

engine skidplate (gone)

Yellow "Subaru" lettering with pine trees exterior graphics (gone)

I've never heard of that model coming wit air suspension. The Ti is what I was referring to as the Alpine. I never heard of the Alpine coming with the air suspension. And unless it's been repainted, the yellow graphics that said Alpine, should still be there, even if it's faded. Sounds like an LSi to me. Looks like it was in decent shape though. So you're gonna swap all good parts onto this from your old one??

looking to find the "Ti 4WD" badge on the back and also the yellow pine tree graphics (on the green car). Does anyone have any leads???

Try Subaru?? Or if you can find the graphics on line, and get some measurements, you could have any vinyl shop make them for you

true that bratman! I can't really find a good enough picture of the graphics to give to a vinyl shop....I actually wrote SOA last night wondering how many Ti wagons they sold in the usa.....since they were full of options only available in 94. same as Meyagis 94 Mi wagon.
