Now that I own a Subaru

In general, factory wheels from 2002+ subies look and fit great on that car of yours. The pre 2002 models have a narrower body than the newer cars. so later model year wheels have a more aggressive fit on pre 2002 cars.

pretty simple.

I run 17x7.5 +48 and im lowered and I don't rub....I did have to roll the rear fender a bit and I have a cf hood as well.....

I have 17x9 +38 on my legacy

my LGT with my 17s and a set of 225/45/17 re070s my tire width is almost 9 inches. I had to roll the fenders but no rubbing now.

its a tool that pushes the fender away from the tire...can clear bigger tires/rims.....im on 225/45/17s as well.....

tool?? lol I used a heat gun and a aluminum bat.... I would not suggest that anyone else try that... I am just crazy like that "plus being a sheet metal worker for years helps"...

Vertigo, I say we slap em on the car and give it a try. Who knows, maybe they will work, and then who knows, maybe they will look better than I and everyone else is expecting. I thought they looked funny when you bought them, but they were a definite improvement over the stock cavy wheels so, who knows. At least they aren't all chrome, just a little polished aluminum and anthracite color paint. Besides, they may be a tad flashier, but they look a little like 2011 WRX stock wheels IMO.

I love my rims, I have had them for 4 or 5 years now

skip that and buy an STi Axle back for the look and lighter resonator, then have a muff shop take out the resonator in the mid pipe.

That all will cost you ~$100. and it will be a sbaru part at the end.

Got a pic to what the axle back looks like? theres a muffler shop 3 miles away.

don't forget to search. And Subarus are akin to legos. the majority of parts will fit from one car to another.
