My driveway is turning into a rutty mudfest. I tried to flatten it out a bit today. Otherwise it'll be hell to plow and awful to drive on till spring.

I'm not from here, more like a thousand miles south and two thousand west. Winter is the bane of my existence.

Ha! I was pretty close! I have family in Las Cruces, NM. Never been out there, or AZ for that matter, but yeah this is definitely quite the different climate. How long have you been living in Maine?

Sorry, but that's just stupid this early in the season.

This was still in Jackman area. The ice was maybe 6-9inches depending on where you were. The ice was cracking as he drove across. We were all hoping he'd go through.

I don't drive on the ice unless I know the area and know there is at least 12" of good ice. That's just not smart

I've never driven on a lake before. Only with a snowmobile.

Most people in southern Maine are implants like me from New York. Only difference for me is that I should of moved to Maine sooner.
