If you get a lancia delta intergrale you could have a rally 4 door hatch. Almost the same thing.A few things.
Subarus hold their value stupid. The nice ones are expensive.
Why does every small car have to be a stripper piece of crap. I want a two door luxury hatch. I want heated seats, sun roof, some sound deadening, and room to pile crap (more RS parts) in the back. Is that too much to ask?

the guys that started that whole thing admitted to triple digit speeds off road on a "group drive" in the desert. Less than half of the starting guests finished. So I would chock that one up to abuse, but I do think that was a dumb place to put a tooling hole in the frame.*bent frame joke*
your description fits the Focus SVT perfectly. or vice versa....heated leather seating, sunroof, killer dub tunage, 170 hp, Getrag 6-spd, really nice suspension tuning (tho beware modded SVTs, most of em suck)and, $4-6k pricing, and......lots o proper bolt-on rally goodies available out of the UKI want a two door luxury hatch. I've been following the Raptor-gate. Yes the guys where abusing the trucks, yes not boxing that part of the frame was dumb, I still don't like how Ford PR'd the situation.the guys that started that whole thing admitted to triple digit speeds off road on a "group drive" in the desert. No, I like Ford. They make good stuff. I have a lot of hands on experience with Mustangs.what you got against Ford, are you a closet KB hater?
Ding ding ding. We have a winner.yer other lux hatch option would be a Volvo C30, but that's based on a Focus platform anyway.

The C30 checks off all my boxes. Two door, four seats, hatch, light, sporty, good highway, professional looking, good options, not a shitbox.
But damn they're still expensive. Used ones only dipping down to 19k. They're 25 to 30k new. The price you pay I guess......
Probably going to RS/Jeep it for a while. See where the C30's go or see what the new 2014 wrx has to offer.....
You're ahead of me then. I haven't driven one.Light? ermm... nope.
I was dissapoint when I drove one. 2,970lbs is a bit portly. and the mileage was no better than the suby.
