how do you make up for the small small mag size of the scar. i love the gun, but my aim isn't spectacular yet so i fly through the mag

 
my roommate uses the m16. i'm not the greatest aiming, otherwise i'd use it. stopping power + 1 m16 burst = death. awesome. i've been lighting it up with the aug hbar + stopping power though. that and the m1014 or whatever shotgun. that gun is SICK

scavenger is sick, but with the scar, i find myself using a full mag and not having time to reload before i need it again. i guess it's really just a matter of still spraying more than i should. there's times when i get a perfect lock on aim and there's time when i spray wildly and miss everything. meh. i'll get better

couple fun kills this morning, all on FFA

I used bling with the grip + FMJ on the m1014 shotty and got an awesome penetration kill thru concrete on Rundown when someone thought they had ducked me.

Then in Estate I had scavenger on so I kept 2 claymores setup at all times upstairs and blew people away with the m1014.

 
anyone know the max number of claymores you can lay at one time and still have them go off? i think i read 3 on cod wiki, but it may be the 3rd one deacts the first.

Don't turn into one of those asshats that run around with akimbo shottys and faster melee attack.... it's my biggest gripe in this game. They TOTALLY need to fix the whole melee situation. It seems like if you shoot at someone close quarter, and they go after you with a melee, your bullets magically disappear and they kill you instead... it is such bull****

 
nah, i have a melee setup as my secondary on some maps. magnum + tactical knife with commando pro. tons of fun. i can't manage akimbo weps anyway.

 
though to speak to your point, i was in the bathroom in estate and fired 3 shotgun blasts and got stabbed to death somehow. melee definately overrides gunshots when in range for it
