It was about 350 for my down stairs. Haven't gotten into the tiling yet. Just laminate in my condo. Better than carpet. Stuff is brutal on saw blades.

 
Did some tiling too in our entryway.  That was about 140 sq ft.  Having a tile saw is a must.  Good luck!  It is hard work, but worth it in the end.  Much better than carpet.  Makes things a lot easier to keep clean, or when you have spills.

 
Well that's true, the wife just mentioned the peel and stick stuff and just grouting in the middle. I'm just doing this for better resale value. Thoughts?

 
I was told about Snapchat and immediately said "this is a bad idea" but imagine that a woman talked me into it.

It lasted 2 days and I deleted my account.

Id never destroyed so many relationships so quickly.
