OffRoad BA Subaru

I wish the whole thing would be $600. If I can get Bren to tune for $150, and NOT need a piggyback system, that would save $450ish. The whole thing should be around $1000-$1200 and be finished in the next few weeks. The building part is on hold till I get back from Maine, but buying the parts is not.

There are a lot more turbo scoobies out here, which equals more cheap parts.

I think that I'm going to wait on the Greddy. It's going to about $700 for everything (the e manage, and the wires to hook it up). DSG charges $500 for a OpenECU Custom Tuning Session which includes the tuning and a dyno graph. I would feel a whole lot better with a shop tuning my car then me trying to tune my own car. I reallllly do not want to blow up my engine

Well, I started on the long trip back home. We are in Moab, and did some wheelin today. Tomorrow, it's off to Colorado.

It's quite the amazing place. Wish I had a Jeep for some of the trails, or at least a low range tranny. I'll post more pics tomorrow, the internet here is terrible.

Did a lot of interior cleaning yesterday, put my di.com banner on again, polished my headlights(turtle wax works really well for this!) and put my hella's on!

Love it, as always.

I don't know how, but when I have four muddy wheels/tires in my trunk yesterday, the rubber liner took the brunt of it, and the dried stuff that got on the back of the rear seats, the rear strut tower areas, and the door panels just wiped right off.

Did you find your interior cleaning to be this easy?

I first took a regular vacuum and got all the big pieces and dirt out. Then I took this vacuum that spray water and soap, like a carpet cleaner and cleaned the rug and seats. I had so much dirt and mud caked on from Utah, I thought my rug was going to be ruined. It looks good as new now. I wish I took some before and after pictures.

(Pics on new page too, words are boring)

Thanks Guys!

don't you need a front license plate in maine?
Like Mr. Nate said, yes. I keep it in my car, but I'm not going to put it on my dash. Too many dubbahs do that.

sweeet. I wish i had that much mud around home. haven't painted that bracket yet?
I think I'm going to keep it grey, it matches the bumper pretty well.
