Bike is not in good shape. Last three rides

1. Seat clamp broke

2. Flat tire(noticed the next day, it was a slow leak)

3. Busted chain yesterday at Bradbury..

When we riding again, tomorrow? Cause I am curious what will go next.

Speaking of Bradbury, climbing the mountain was killer. The down hill was better though..

 
I could squeak in a ride tomorrow at Congin. I have a late meeting that ends at 5:30, which nukes most possibilities. That said, the trails are supposed to be in great shape!

Thursday is a much better day for me. I can peel out for a ride anywhere.

Never done the Congin, let me knpw tomorrow, I might be up for a ride after 530, and Thursday, I think I have something going on. Will post back later.

I'll rack up tonight and plan to be at Congin tomorrow (Wed) at 5:45. Meet in the lot of the Congin School (off Congin St, Westbrook) at the back.

Looked up Congin st. Not too clear. Is that off of Bridge? Looks like the school is on that street?? How would I get there coming from my house?

Yup- it's at the school. Congin is opposite Bridge. So the easiest way from Congress St near where you live would be:

-congress to stevens

-stevens to brighton

-Brighton to westbrook

-straight at the rotary, passing sappi on the right

-under the rail bridge

-Right onto Congin (opposite Serverinos)

-School entrance is on the left, park at the right rear section of the lot.

 
Anyone know of any riding in the Boxford/Topsfield/Danvers/Boston, MA area? Headed down there tomorrow through Sunday and bringing the chariot with me. Good advice from SW about it being a good stress reliever

I think there are some good trails in Lynn. A buddy of mine went to school in Boston and I believe he used to ride up there. I will check mtbreview..

Lynn Woods is good, but you might also check out the Fells in Medford (exit 33 off 93) and Belmont (trailhead just off rte 60). Any of those would be good.

Also, Sunday anyone want to go to Bradbury for a ride than to do some trail maint.? 1st Sunday of the month is maint. day.
