We just tried it standing at 25yards because someone forgot the front sight tool and the range we were at is a$$ backwards and we had to wait a looooooonnnngg time for the people in the other lanes to get done because they are technically a few yards in front of the rifle lane. . Iron sights, standing, at 25yds I got a few touching each other. Its a lot smoother than I thought it was going to be, and a lot less kick than I thought. Its easy (and fun) to burn thru the 50rnds we had. Though I have not tried it at longer ranges I suspect it will be pretty good out to 300 yards (if scoped) and beyond if shooting from a bench. It would be good beyond that if the barrel was longer but we got the chrom lined 16" ver. We have the Saiga 8rd mag and a SureFire 10rd, both worked well during our 50 round session.

The only thing I dont like is the stock. Its a hair too long for me, and a bit long for an assault rifle. However, its marketed as a sporterized modern AK type thingy, and that's pretty much what it is, a toned down AK. The son and I have plans to soup it up a lot.

Any recommendations on a good holster from anyone that carries a Glock? Im thinking IWB for concealed and just a typical hip holster for fishing/target shooting or other times when I don't need to keep it semi-concealed?

Went to finish up my christmas shopping yesterday and stopped at a small gun shop on 136 in Auburn that I had never noticed before. Turns out they had a brand new G21SF sitting on the shelf and were willing to give me a deal.

Now I know I just recntly saw somewhere if you buy a new glock and send in the form you get another mag and holster. Anyone remember the details or have a link, I can't find it to save my life.
Love my 21! Carry it everyday!

I have one for each of my handguns. They do move around a LITTLE, because of no clip to hold them in place, but not much. I like that the holster can be used in just about any position. Left hand, Right, Cross-draw, etc. I also like that you can put the gun in the glove compartment, under the seat, or wherever, then grab it and tuck it in your pants for carry.

Cleveland holsters. Ty Ty, Pedro and myself have them. Hand made. Horse or cow. Check them out.

Thanks for the tips I'll check both of those out.

Only had time to shoot 3 mags today. Not a fan of the sights so far, definitely need more practice. Otherwise the gun performed flawlessly.

I had the tritium sights on my glock 22. was pretty awesome. pull it out middle of the night and line up the glowing dots.

I miss my glock

Tritium sights + Olight Paladin flashlight = Good for stalking coyotes through the woods on dark Sunday evenings while looking for your neighbors cat...

...or so I've heard.

Personally, if I knew there were coyotes involved, it'd be 12ga winchester with fiber optic sights and portable spotlight. I had one of them bastardds try to flank me when I was hunting last year
