das GL!

That sucks. This weather sucks too!!! Hopefully you can get to it soon. And like I said, let me know if you need a hand!
Thanks! Weather is annoying, but grabbing the part won't be that bad. Just a few bolts. hopefully they come out.

I have the car in the garage, and the subframe is painted. So it's not going to hurt fixing that.

Most of the reason weather sucks is my Legacy drips water on my feet when it's raining hard....:|

Pretty place to go wheeling, not very hard either. Too bad I'm always alone so I can't get any good action shots....

It's SOOOOOO wonderful to have my car back again. So much fun to be had with this little old suby.

Although, the whole drive all I could think was EJ22+torque cams = teh sex.

The ea81 has decent low torque, and it's a VERY reliable engine. Probably the most reliable subaru engine ever made. But the 2.2 with multi point injection and electronic ignition would be wonderful. No distributor to get wet.

anyway. here is a pic

PS. Jason if you're free this weekend we should go back there. It would be fun to wheel that whole trail. I've ridden it on a bike, I just don't want to wheel it alone.

I am going to Mikey's one of the days, not sure which one yet, but it would be cool if we could find the time!!!! Looks awesome!! Is this the place near your house?

Nope, that's up on old county road. Right there by lincoln academy. Miles and miles of awesomeness.

Down the road from my house is just a sand pit with some really easy trails. You could probably get an outback down...

The sand pit is fun though!

I know sunday is busy after 2, but I think saturday is free. I have this weird voice in my head saying there's something going on... I dunno. If it's niceish Saturday I'll be out there either on my bicycle, or if you're free, in my car.

I have most likely been down there. I have been through most if not all of those roads down there. Tons of fun. Like I said, I'm not sure right now. I'm waiting to hear back from Mike on when he can fit me in. But I definitely want to go!!!

So I rode my bike down there toady. There is a bridge that no effing way a suby will get over. It was hairy riding over it... Then another bridge about half a mile later. It might get a suby across... But between those bridges there's another trail that goes off to the left... Toward sheepscot. There's a car bogged in mud probably a mile down, so it MUST go to a road eventually. But I feel like crap today so I ended up turning around before I got too far. I just had to get out on the nice day.... It must go across to sheepscot RD. I'll have to drive up that road and see if I can find the other side of that trail, it would have to be at least 8 miles long, lots of mud too. I was covered head to toe. My bike went from black to brown. It was awesome. I got a lot of funny looks riding through Damariscotta completely covered in mud.

The Indian trail goes over to Sheepscott Rd. I'm not sure where exactly the bridge is though. I have literally been over most of those trails. We'll have to check it out sometime soon!!!

Since I didn't have the GPS I haven't the faintest idea where I was. All I know is that there's no way to get a suby over the bridges on old county road. But the trail I got on had a Chevy Beretta bogged in mud. I still don't understand how the hell they got it there.... So it must come across from sheepscot road somewhere.

Lots of muddy mud too. And a nice solid base. Lots of tire spin on my bicycle and getting drenched in mud.
