WINTER MODE

The tires on the Snowblower were oem. From I think early 80's or late 70's! The only thing added was the electric start.
Which was full of awesomeness when I was tuning the driveline engagement. I was getting tired of pull starting it every time I tested the engagement.

I had a bit of a lightbulb, and remembered the electric start. oh and the mice parts are all out. I have a nice mouse hide, I am thinking of making a jacket for my GI Joe.

i love the black front calipers and the red rear

. I have templates now too.

drove my first time in the snow this morning to sunday river. i did pretty good except one time i got a little sideways but corrected it

so i might be in the market for some winter tires because i dont know if AWD will be enough and i think ill need that extra help of a dependable tire. i'm currently using goodyear assurances with triple tread technology

I tried those same Goodyear tires on my 01 Outback and after 35K miles went back to Blizzacks. Like nite & day.

You ever get a coat of wax on that pig before winter?

Come drop it off to me some weekend when I'm at the firehouse. If its a slow day I can wax it up good.

Hmm...snow mode...

Wax...before winter? (not that I've ever put wax on anything I own) It's just going to get all cruddy all winter, why wax it?
